Long v Elegant Resorts Limited [2021] EWHC 1330 (QB)

The case: The Claimant, who was born on 24 May 1973 and was therefore 47 years old, was injured in an accident at work on 22 March 2015 when he struck his head on a low part of the ceiling of the cellar.
