Training and Events Manager (Part-Time, 21 Hours per week)
The Expert Witness Institute (EWI) is the voice of the Expert Witness community; championing experts from all professional disciplines and the lawyers who use their services.
Our mission is to support the proper administration of justice and the early resolution of disputes through high-quality expert evidence from specialists.
There has never been a more exciting time to join the EWI. Following the implementation of a new fully integrated Association Management System and website and a range of changes to improve the member journey, we now have both the framework and the tools we need to grow the membership and participation in our Training and Events exponentially. This has already begun, and we have seen membership growth of over 10% and a 37% increase in delegates in the last year. But we now need to add capacity to the team to fulfil our ambitious growth strategy.
As part of a small, hard-working, collaborative team, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and enable EWI to deliver the goals in our strategic and business plans through effective development, administration, promotion, and delivery of our Training and Events programme.
The successful candidate will be a results driven, positive, and highly motivated self-starter, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage their own workload. They will be an excellent communicator who can articulate the value of EWI’s products and services.
