R v Grusza In the Crown Court, Cambridge, November 2021, unreported

The case: A homicide (matricide) in which the defendant was charged with murder and the defences advanced were diminished responsibility manslaughter and insanity. The prosecution instructed Dr X. The defence instructed two experts, Dr A and Dr B.
