McLennan v General Medical Council [2020] CSIH 12 [2020] 4 WLUK 119

Nature of case: A consultant appealed against decisions of the Medical Practitioners Tribunal finding that she had been dishonest in a report for an employment tribunal (ET). The employee alleged that he had been discriminated against on the basis of disability when he had been dismissed. The ET, guided by the expert's report, found that he did not have a disability within the meaning of the Equality Act 2010.
