Westwood v The Queen [2020] EWCA Crim 598, 2020 WL 02142702

Nature of case: On 5 June 2018 in the Crown Court at Warwick, on an indictment charging him with murder, the appellant, Thomas Westwood, pleaded guilty to manslaughter of his mother by reason of diminished responsibility.
