12 August 2025 Sean Mosby 9 News Access to Justice Inquiry bySean Mosby The House of Commons, Justice Committee is holding an Inquiry on Access to Justice to examine how advice and legal services are adapting to secure access to justice across civil, criminal, and family law, and the impacts of the cyber-attack on the Legal Aid Agency. The Committee has published a Call for Evidence with submissions due by 30 September 2025. The EWI will be responding to the Call for Evidence and would welcome views from members at policy@ewi.org.uk.
