25 July 2025 Sean Mosby 3879 News The Criminal Procedure Rules 2025 bySean Mosby The Criminal Procedure Rule Committee has made a new consolidation of the Criminal Procedure Rules. When they come into force on 6 October 2025, the Criminal Procedure Rules 2025 will replace the Criminal Procedure Rules 2020 and the 9 sets of amendments made to those Rules since their publication. The Committee has also published a guide to the new Rules. Members should ensure that they apply the new Rules from 6 October 2025.
