17 March 2026 Sean Mosby 2 News Financial Remedies Guide 2026 bySean Mosby The Financial Remdies Court ('FRC') has published the Financial Remedies Guide 2026. The Guide, which took effect on 13 March 2026, brings together the core documents which underpin the FRC. The Notice published with the Guide states that well established procedure has not been substantively amended. However, Members who act in the Financial Remdies Court should familiarise themselves with the Guide, and particularly with paragraph 80 which requires Section 25 statements and other witness statements to comply with principles and standards which have been derived from the President’s Memorandum: Witness Statements (10 November 2021). The Notice published with the Guide also attaches: An updated “Overall Structure of the Financial Remedies Court and the Role and Function of the Lead Judge”, and An updated schedule of FRC zones and the Lead Judges for each zone.
