Part two of a three-part marketing series aimed to provide a roadmap for Experts to build brand authority, win high quality instructions, and master modern digital tools while maintaining professional integrity.
This session is for aspiring and established Expert Witnesses who want to strengthen their professional positioning, refine their profile, and attract higher value instructions.

Within this session you will hear from Richard Edwards, Principal and Founding Solicitor of Richard Edwards & Co Solicitors and Advocates. He will be joined by experts, Dr Kathryn Newns MSc, CPsychol, FEWI (Cert), co-founder of Applied Psychology Solutions and Heather Rogers founder and owner of Aston Accountancy. Together they will explore how experts can effectively attract, win, and retain instructions from solicitors and legal professionals.

Training and Events - Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received more than 50 business days prior to the event – A full refund will be given.
  • Cancellations received 26 -50 business days prior to the event – A 75% refund will be given.
  • Cancellations received 16-25 business days prior to the event – A 50% refund will be given.
  • Cancellations received less than 15 business days prior to the event – no refund will be given.

Please note, any delegates who do not attend on the day will not receive a refund.  Access to the event will be denied if payment in advance has not been made. Online events are recorded and will be made available to delegates for two years from the date of the event.

The EWI reserve the right to cancel any event with a minimum of 3 business days’ notice and will provide a full refund to delegates.
