Multi-Source Assessment of Expert Practice (MAEP) is an online feedback system that helps expert witnesses collect feedback on their performance. Produced by the Royal College of Psychiatrists, MAEP is relevant to any expert providing assistance to courts and tribunals, whatever their profession.

Feedback on 8 domains of expert witness practice is collected from professionals involved the case, such as solicitors, barristers, and other experts, which can be used to support professional development, learning and annual appraisal. Medical doctors may also use this feedback to support their revalidation.
