Webinar Objectives

This webinar is aimed at all expert witnesses of all levels of experience. It will cover the fundamentals in terms of understanding your duties & discuss some of the nuances & realities.

At the end of the webinar delegates should:

  • be clear about their legal duties in respect of Experts’ Discussions & Joint Statements
  • understand the importance of this function of the EW’s role
    be clear about the process, from agendas to conclusion of the meeting & statement
  • know how to prepare for the meeting
  • be aware of some of the nuances & difficulties that can occur & have some strategies for dealing with these

  • Cancellations received 61 days + prior to the event – A full refund will be given
  • Cancellations received 31-60 days prior to the event – A 75% refund will be given
  • Cancellations received 15-30 days prior to the event – A 50% refund will be given
  • Cancellations received 0-14 days prior to the event – No refund will be given

Please note, any delegates who do not attend on the day will not receive a refund.

Access to the event will be denied if payment in advance has not been made.

The EWI reserve the right to cancel any event with a minimum of 3 days notice and will provide a full refund to delegates.
