Efstathios (“Stathis”) is Head of Power at DAC Consulting Services in EMEA and a highly regarded Expert Witness in construction sector disputes.
Stathis has 20 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer including more than 10 years with P.P.C. S.A. supervising the construction of Electrical and I&C parts in power plants, including IT & Telecommunications infrastructure. He has been working as an expert witness since January 2021.
Stathis leads technical consultancy teams supporting complex arbitration, construction claims and loss adjustment cases. He has extensive experience in claims and disputes arising from power equipment design, installation, commissioning, and operations, in which he has served as a Forensic Investigator, RCA Expert, Claims Evaluator, Expert Witness, and Subject Matter Expert.
Stathis has a deep interest in, and commitment to, continuing education and lifelong learning and, for the last 6 years, he has been conducting training courses for engineers in large corporations across the middle east. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Quality Management.
Alexandra Bodnar

Alexandra Bodnar is a sought-after barrister specialising in the litigation and arbitration of UK and international construction and commercial matters. She regularly represents clients in the English Technology & Construction Court and Commercial Court, as well as in front of international and domestic arbitral tribunals. Her work involves high-value, complex construction, engineering, infrastructure and energy projects across the globe. This includes PFI projects, EPC projects and substantial commercial supply projects.
