In this webinar, Fenwick Elliott’s Edward Foyle and Huw Wilkins consider the rules experts and those instructing them must follow to ensure that an expert’s evidence is not rejected by the courts, with a review of recent court judgments regarding experts’ duties and “expert shopping”.

About our speakers:

Edward Foyle: Edward is a Partner at Fenwick Elliott LLP. He specialises in the resolution of disputes arising from construction and infrastructure projects around the world in areas such as offshore wind, renewables, the power sector, offshore oil and gas, aviation and port developments.

Huw Wilkins: Huw is a Senior Associate at Fenwick Elliott LLP. He has a broad range of experience of construction and engineering law and specialises in dispute avoidance and resolution.

Members - £30

Training and Events - Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received more than 50 business days prior to the event – A full refund will be given.
  • Cancellations received 26 -50 business days prior to the event – A 75% refund will be given.
  • Cancellations received 16-25 business days prior to the event – A 50% refund will be given.
  • Cancellations received less than 15 business days prior to the event – no refund will be given.

Please note, any delegates who do not attend on the day will not receive a refund.  Access to the event will be denied if payment in advance has not been made.

The EWI reserve the right to cancel any event with a minimum of 3 business days’ notice and will provide a full refund to delegates.
