The benefit of a retired membership is that it is at the vastly reduced fee of £50.
  • Notification that you have retired from your expert witness practice

International Applicants (From outside the jurisdiction of England and Wales)
As an international organisation we accept members from across the globe. We currently have members in Ireland, Japan, South Africa, Australia, USA, Cayman Islands and throughout Europe.

We request that all applicants to the EWI provide a CPR compliant report as we consider this the most appropriate format for expert’s reports. Should your own jurisdiction have its recommended form for expert reports please submit this also. Along with this submission we respectfully request that you display your knowledge of the requirements of the law of England and Wales relating to expert witness work; as the situation may arise that you are engaged in expert witness work within the jurisdiction of England and Wales and we need to be able to confirm that you are aware of these requirements.
