EXPERTS’ MEETINGS – KNOW YOUR OPPONENT

This evening seminar examines the important pre-trial stage of the experts’ meeting. This meeting brings together experts from both sides to narrow and agree the issues that the Court needs to consider and it tests the technical knowledge, analytical skills and negotiating abilities of an expert witness under pressure. This seminar will give you the tools and information you need to conduct successful experts’ meetings.
