The Training and Personal Development Committee devises the training strategy and annual training programme for the personal development of the members of the Institute and the wider community of experts.  It develops closer working relationships with other institutes and conference organisations with the object of organising joint events. The Committee also develops courses to take account of changes in the law and its procedures.
