Summary:
Kay is a forensic accountant specialising in civil and criminal claims work over the past 25 years.
She has substantial experience in providing reports on loss of profits, business valuations, matrimonial disputes, partnership disputes, asset tracing, search orders, fraud, insolvency and professional negligence.
Kay is also a qualified arbitrator and experienced mediator involved in settling claims and resolving disputes independently and impartially.
Prior to joining Smith & Williamson, Kay was the Chief Investigating Accountant of the Board of the Inland Revenue and Head of Accounting Profession; Head of Corporate Tax for a large multinational; and the first Head of the Joint Insolvency Monitoring Unit.
